Rates 2023

All prices are in euro €

• Minimum stay of 5 nights.
  
• The pricing is based on a party of up to 8 guests. Extra charges are applicable for numbers over eight. 
• Maximum of 10 guests permitted.
  
• For stays in excess of 28 days please inquire if additional discounts are available.
• Prices include tourist tax, cleaning and bed linen.
  
• Arrivals after 4pm and before 10 midnight (unless otherwise arranged).
• Bag Drop-Off before 4pm can be arranged.
  
• Departure by 10:00am.
  

Payment

25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking- balance of payment is required 8 weeks before arrival. All reservations are subject to cancellation if full payment is not received by due date. Payments accepted by bank transfer.

A refundable security deposit of €200 in cash is required on arrival to cover any damage or loss. This will be refunded at the end of your stay after a check of the house by our agent.

In order for us to finalize your booking, we will require you to complete, sign and return a Guest Registration Form to us.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation more than 8 weeks before arrival- deposit (25%) forfeited.

Cancellation 4 to 8 weeks before arrival- 75% forfeited.

Cancellation 0-4 weeks before arrival- total amount forfeited.

Accessibility

Please be aware that due to steps inside and around the house, it may not be suitable for people with limited mobility or toddlers.

No pets are allowed.

No Smoking in the house.
