Villa Tara is a newly renovated four bedroomed detached house built on three levels and is located directly beside the sea. The upper and lower terraces offer spectacular views of the Adriatic sea. The house is just two minutes walk from the harbour, shop, bars and restaurants.
The house is ideally suited for a large group (7 to 8 people) as it has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 kitchens. The dining room and sitting room to the front of the house are open plan.
The surrounding garden is landscaped with several different levels that have an outdoor shower, tables and seating for eating al fresco. The grounds also contains grape vines and fruit trees such as lemons, mandarins, peaches and pomegranates.
The South facing ground level terraces (over 60sqm) and upper balconies at the front of the
house enjoy daylong sunshine. Garden furniture includes tables and parasols, chairs and sunbeds- cushions are provided for the chairs and sunbeds.
The terraces are private and are not shared with any other house or guests.
Directly across the road from the house are steps which
descend to a bathing area of crystal clear seawater. There is a choice of three sandy beaches Jaz, Przno and Budva all just twenty minutes drive from the house.
The interior open plan living and dining areas are separated
by a large archway. Both are bright and airy with immediate access to the front
terrace via two sets of PVC double doors. There is satellite TV and a
DVD player with a selection of DVDs.
We also provide a sound system that
can be connected to a laptop or mp3 player/iPod, as well as a small
portable stereo. Again, this area is fully
air-conditioned. The sofa in
the living room can also be folded out into a double bed if required. A
travel cot and baby high chair are also available upon request.
The two
master bedrooms are generously sized, fully air conditioned and have terraces
with stunning sea views. There are another two bedrooms, one of which
accommodates a set of bunk-beds and the other a single bed.
The first master bedroom has a super king sized
bed, and the second master bedroom has two single beds.
Both master bedrooms have large wardrobes and are fully air conditioned. The bedroom terraces have spectacular views of the bay.
There are
two fitted kitchens, one on each side of the house, complete with cutlery,
saucepans, kitchen utensils and crockery. The large kitchen contains a double
sink, 4 ring cooking hob (2 electric and 2 gas rings), microwave oven, kettle and a large electric oven with grill.
The utility room, which is adjacent to the large kitchen,
contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher,
clothes horse, hair dryer, ironing board and iron.
The second smaller kitchen located to the right of the property has a 2 ring electric hob, kettle, microwave with grill, sink and small fridge. It also contains a seating area with a table and 4 chairs. In addition, there is also a summer kitchen that opens directly onto the front terrace- it contains a portable barbeque and sink.
The two bathrooms each contain toilet, sink and a compact bath with fitted shower. The house has an independent water supply from a 60 cubic metre water tank. There is private parking at the back of the property under a canopy of grape vines. There is also a private entrance to the rear and the side of the house.
Please be aware that due to steps inside and around the house, it may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.
No pets are allowed.
Smoking is only permitted outside the house - ashtrays are provided on all the terraces.
